Nir has received a definitive diagnosis. She is going to die. She looks healthy now, but she knows that can change at any moment.

The filmmaker suggests filming her, and over the course of a year, she watches her live with her approaching death.

The film follows a young woman, a musician and a dancer, who, in her own way, chooses to live in awareness of the fleeting nature of her life. Dance and music accompany her as she asks how to be with the inevitable.
