PRESENTING PRINCESS SHAW chronicles a cross-continental musical collaboration between American YouTube persona Princess Shaw and the Israeli mash-up artist who propels her into internet fame. When 38-year-old Samantha Montgomery’s YouTube videos are sampled by Tel Aviv musician Kutima as part of his “Thru You” YouTube mash-up project, Princess Shaw’s popularity explodes.

A crowd-pleasing documentary about an everyday performer and a stranger who admires her work, PRESENTING PRINCESS SHAW explores themes of loneliness, anonymity and connectivity in the digital age.
